At Solis Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Solis Global account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
